Pics on Photos app aren't the same as in OneDrive

This is the first time I've used the Photos app to import my pics from my iPhone. After importing my most recent pictures, I thought that I'd be able to easily transfer them FROM the Photos app TO my Pictures folder in OneDrive, but I can't find a way to do it.Then I noticed that the Photos app says OneDrive at the top, so I thought they would already be in my OneDrive account, but if they are, I can't find them. How can I sync my photos between the two platforms so that the same pictures appear in both places? Actually, as long as they're in OneDrive, that's all that matters, but I need a way t

  2. Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

The native apps from the system are all showing this strange square instead of the normal icons. Please help resolve this problem. Thanks

    Viewing pics and photos

    Thanks again, Arjay,

Unfortunately, the problem remains the same. After rebooting it let me open half a dozen pics using the Photos app, as I originally wanted. I could see each pic the same size in the same window. Success, I thought.

Then it simply stopped. After those first few pics it stopped opening photos and the same message appears: 'The app didn't start.'

I tried going back to the beginning and doing the steps you advised at the start but the same process happened.

It's driving me mad. A nearly new computer and it can't do a simple thing like show me pictures.

    What's next? Any suggestions?

    All the best, Andrew
