Windows 10: Picsart Crashes and freezing.

Hello Microsoft community!I have downloaded Picsart apk from Microsoft store and whenever I try to open the application to do editing, it keeps crashing and freezing. How do I get it to work? Is there any way How can I fix it? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

My Picsart application is crashing every time it starts to play an ad, it freezes (briefly) then closes. Here is one of the event log info:

I tried to fix it earlier last month and succeeded, but now it is back and crashing when an ad would start to play. Last month it would crash right after opening the program. If anyone can advise and respond with help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestion. I ran the troubleshooter several times and kept getting the same results. It always said:

"Windows Store cache and licenses may be corrupt. Resetting Windows Store will resolve cache and license issues and restart Windows Store, would you like to reset now?"

I selected "Reset and open Windows Store"

The Windows Store cache may be damaged was discovered and marked as fixed.

I even uninstalled PicsArt, ran the troubleshooter again, rebooted, reinstalled PicsArt and it crashed again.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
