Windows 10: Picture password hide arrows

Hi,is there any way to hide arrows or let's say make them invisible while drawing them on the picture password lock screen?Thanks

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1:

Try to enter your password and press Enter key from the Keyboard.

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 2:

I suggest you to restart you system and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Press and hold the Shift key from the Keyboard and click on
  Power button.
• Click on Restart and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 3:

If you have any other user account then, I suggest you to click on your other user account which will be listed at the bottom left corner on the lock screen.

Windows 10 - How do you see other accounts in the login screen when in picture password mode?

This is really annoying. Since I upgraded to Windows 10, selecting the right user in picture password mode has become very complicated.

In Windows 8, all my children had to do was click on the left arrow to bring them back to the account selection page, click their picture and then enter their picture password sequence. Everything was intuitive.

Now with Windows 10, it seems you have to

1- change the "sign-in option" for the account user to "text" (my children don't read yet so it's a bit awkward)

2- Select your account picture on the list

3- Switch back to picture password mode

4- Finally enter you picture password sequence.

Is there an option to directly see the list of accounts in picture password mode?

Why hide the account list in this mode?

 

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.
