    Picture password not showing, can't log in.


    First time posting, long time reader.

    Long story short, I clean-installed W10 on my aunt's laptop about a year ago. Two weeks ago her daughter borrowed the computer and after that she could no longer log in, because the picture password option disappeared, and she doesn't remember her text password.

    I already searched other sites and I couldn't find anything helpful, she remembers her picture password, so Is there any way to re-enable it? Or do I really have to remove the drive, copy files, clean-install.... restore and all that...

    I can't log in without internet.

    I can't log in without internet. It shows username or password error. It says try using old password. I've tried using pin code and picture password but still the same. I even tried to sign out. But it doesn't even sign out. It simply takes me to the
    same log on screen with same account.

    i forget my password but i know my picture password

    but by default on start up my lap it shows only password
