Windows 10: Pictures/Screen/Menus bounce up and down when I try to click anything

So each time I open a picture, or try to do anything with my computer, the screen i am currently on bounces up and down rapidly. It does not let me click on anything. I have looked at a few threads here, but nothing i have seen works because as soon as i try to do what it says on the screen, the current window starts bouncing up and down, and i cannot click on it.


Also i noticed on pictures it does tend to crash the image.


Here is what I have done so far.


Tried searching for updates to WIndows 10 and there are none, says im up to date

attempted troubleshooting my device........failed.....current screen starts bouncing


can someone tell me how to fix?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Screen bounces

I downloaded some updates provided by Microsoft for Windows 10 and after the updates were installed the screen keeps on bouncing up and down. The bouncing is not restricted to some apps or a particular window even my desktop keeps on bouncing. I checked
if any display driver updates were available but the driver is up to date. Please help!

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change your profile picture on sign-in screen in Windows 10:

• Press the Windows key, then click your account at the top of
  Start menu.
• Click Change account settings.
• Under your account name, you will see a circle then click the Browse button to choose a photo you want to set as profile picture.
