Windows 10: Pin Automatically Adds Extra Characters and Then Doesn't - Virus?

My laptop has been hacked two times already. I am assuming it has happened again


I was foolish to make my administrator's account pin the same as the user's. Today, first I went into my administrator account, using the pin, and then switched back to my user account. I decided to change my password for the user account. When I typed, I looked at the keyboard, not the screen. So when I typed in a new pin, I just pressed the enter key, without looking at the screen. So I don't know what happened on the screen. The next time I typed in my pin, extra characters appeared. I tried this a few times and the same thing happened.


I thought this could be a virus so I turned off the wifi on the computer. I may have rebooted the laptop. After that, when I typed in my old pin, and it work just fine. I don't want to try to change any settings or "fix" anything at this point. I am asking for your help. Thank you.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Predictive Text adds extra character...

Hi y'all.

Whenever I'm entering a text message the predictive text feature adds a second 1st character to some words, and I can either leave this extra character or finish the word and cursor back to the front of the word to remove this extra letter.

My question here is if this is a known bug with the predictive feature of WM5 and can it be fixed without turning off T9.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
