Windows 10: PIN code not available

After the computer is turned on. PIN code not available, facial recongnition not available. It's necessary to use the key of the registered email to recover, but the registered email has been deactivated by Yahoo due to long-term inactivity. How can I retrieve the key to recover Windows 11.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

There's a possibility that the PIN code you're asked to enter is the PIN code of your Windows 10 user account. If you signed in to Windows 10 using your Microsoft account, the Xbox app will take the credentials you've used to sign in. Let's remove the PIN
code. Here are the steps:

1. Click Start and select Settings.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Select Sign-in options, under PIN, click
   Remove.
4. Confirm the changes by entering your profile password.
