Windows 10: PIN credentials cannot be verified. Tried everything, please help!

PIN credentials cannot be verified. Cannot reset PIN. Spent hours trying to fix. Signing onto my computer this morning I was faced with 'PIN credentials cannot be verified' then an error code stating that PIN is not available. When attempting to reset my pin, I go through the whole process to be brought to a PIN cannot be reset screen and to 'try again' or 'exit'. I have spent hours looking at different videos online on how to reset or override this. I HAVE TRIED...- Opening safe mode but still unable to enter pin into account - Enabled hidden admin account but it will not let me reset passwor

Pin is not working and it shows my credentials could not be verified

I downloaded a game from a pirated website but it doesn't work so I deleted it completely from the laptop and after 2 days my laptops pin is not working it shows my credentials could not be verified and when I try to generate a new pin .it brings me back to home page . It shows status 0xc00006d and now ti shows my credentials could not be verified. I don't know what to do with it . Can you please help me fix it because this is the only laptop I have and it have a lot of memories in it

 

Windows Hello and Pin - Credentials could not be verified.

Windows hello facial recognition and pin no longer work on our computers. It either says this service is temporary unlivable or your credentials could not be verified. We have tried deleting the NGC folder. Updated Azure AD connect. Tried it on and off the
domain. but it still never works. Users have to put their passwords in to log in and that works. These are all windows 10 1803 machines. Has any one else had this happen? I need some ideas
