Windows 10: PIN for Logon forgotten

MS Folks,Have forgotten my Laptop logon PIN. I've made too many attempts to login and now I don't have an option for 'Forgot Password'. I go in a loop, inputting 'A1B2C3' to prove I am not a bot, and then when I fail to input the first attempt correctly I am told to reboot and try again.Kindly assist.Thank you, Brandon Buckner

I'm going around in circles here.

I want to download Windows Draw.

I'm asked for my PIN - I have absolutely no memory of ever setting a PIN.

I click on "I have forgotten my PIN"

I'm asked to sign In, but I am already signed in.

My contact phone number has changed so that won't work.

I go to the site suggested;

I'm asked for details of my age etc.

An automated response come back saying I haven't provided the right data!

I still want to download Windows Draw.

Netplwiz to automatically logon to Windows using PIN.

I'm sure this question has been asked many times. I use Netplwiz on all my systems to do the auto logon routine. Microsoft has made it very difficult to update or upgrade a system without agreeing to use a PIN. I understand it is the more secure option. However, I can't seem to find a "tutorial" explaining exactly what steps to take to eliminate auto logon using my Microsoft Password and replace it with the PIN auto logon using Netplwiz. Help appreciated.

Because you shouldn't be able to. Not much sense in setting up a more secure level login using a PIN, and then having it auto login with no user intervention ... Come to that, there's not much sense in setting up a passworded account and using auto login, either.
