Windows 10: Pin invalid but password also?

Hi! So when I started up my PC which I only got about a month ago after its first ever update, I got a message about the pin being unavailable. And I got to the point where I needed to do some other stuff like hard resetting my PC a couple times and getting to some menu, and when I did what was recommended on a couple of other questions about this thing, It asked for my password. I forgot that password so I was going to reset it, and in this menu there is no way to reset the password. So I change my password on a different device and went to login using that password on the computer. but with

• Change both your password and pin one by one.

Invalid pin

No ,after installing Windows 10 the password which i gave m trying that one but its showing invalid password. I tried to insert the password using virtual keyboard then also its showing invalid password . How to login suggest some way so that without loosing
my files i can login.
