Windows 10: PIN isn't available error.

Sometimes when I try to login to my laptop with PIN, it says "Something went wrong and PIN isn't available". But after a Restart or when I click Hibernate and turn on my laptop, it works; it accepts the PIN.And I can't always do a restart. Doing Hibernate and then starting again in a work around, but it is irritating.I tried looking for the issue online, tried deleting NGC folder. But was not able to delete the contents due to some permission denial. So I simply renamed the folder inside it. Then I setup new PIN from settings.OUTPUT - did not work. I still get PIN is not available error.I am o

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.
