Windows 10: PIN isn't available message on windows 10 laptop.

Hi, 'Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again'...upon clicking the screen reverts to initial screen with date and time and Windows background.Previously when I clicked on set up my pin, I was prompted to enter my email address and the message said it had sent me a code - I never received this email and must have tried 5 times. I am receiving other emails.I gather my partner logged onto MS Teams yesterday and changed the profile to their profile for a meeting. Trying to open the laptop today, the welcome message was in her name and my MS Account had chang

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Problem login in with windows 10 PIN

My computer went with no battery and turned off.

After that I couldn´t login any more.

It says "Somtehing happened and your PIN isn´t available. Click to set up PIN again"

Below that there a Set up my PIN but it is doing nothing when I click on it.

There is no way I can acces to the safe mode either.

I´m using a dell laptop Inspiron 13. 7000 series. Windows 10.

If someone has an answer to that would be very helpful.

When resetting Windows 10, get a message "Your PIN is no longer available...", whether TPM is cleared or not.

When resetting Windows 10, get a message "Your PIN is no longer available...", whether TPM is cleared or not. I'm stuck trying to reset Win10 (and delete all files).

Steps followed were: 1) started Win10 reset. 2) at 8% complete, got message asking whether to clear TPM. ( I've tried it both ways and gotten same PIN problem).

3) Get a message: "Your PIN is no longer available due to change in security settings on this device." When I click on change PIN, get a message: "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."

Any suggestions to complete a reset and disk clean are appreciated.
