Windows 10: Pin no longer available due to a bios update

I was just updating my MSI bios, it went all normal until windows says my pin no longer works. BUT i can't remember my password because i can't remember i saved it. And i can't reset the password because i have a local account, and the wizard requires a file to reset which i don't have the in ANY of my drives [I didn't know it existed]. Plus, if reseting requires to reinstall windows, i won't accept that answer because i have files that i need, and don't want to restore everything.I need some help

After resetting my windows 10 pc (Dell Latitude 3190) I receive the message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." I cannot enter Safe Mode either. During the Reset I was asked something about the TPM? and I selected to allow the change/erase. I've tried multiple solutions listed in this forum to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
