Windows 10: Pin not Available, forgot passwprd, can't connent to internet...LOCKED OUT.

Please Help:I was having internet issues and then windows 10 not updating. Ran update diagnostic and said it couldn't fix problem. Tried to reboot in safe mode and got pin not available, don't remember old password and can't connect to internet so now i'm locked out and it can't seem to do anything when i "SHIFT" restart to do a reset it wants my password.Advanced options offers no results either as every option there also requires password to proceed.Would really love to be able to use my computer and not lose everything i've worked on since last backup.Time is money and Microsoft has c

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

Try the steps here:

• Navigate to PC Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Click on I forgot my PIN link.
• Next, click on the Continue button in the Are you sure you forgot your PIN? screen.
• You can now add a new PIN and click OK.

To resolve the issue regarding locked out in Windows 10, we suggest you follow the steps below:

• Open the “Settings” in Win menu and click on the “Account” icon to enter account settings.

• Choose “Sign-in option” and click “I forgot my PIN”, you can reset your PIN there. If it is a local account, please input the local account login password and then you can reset your PIN.
