Windows 10: PIN problem

Discus and support PIN problem in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I put in the PIN that I had put in and it tells me that it is not the correct PIN, but I am sure that it is the correct PIN.     I put in the PIN that I had put in and it tells me that it is not the correct PIN, but I am sure that it is the correct PIN. I have had this problem for 3 days now.
