Windows 10: pin setup goes wrong and skipping this step does not work.

Hello,I've set up my laptop for the first time after buying it and when I turn it on and log with my outlook account I'm asked to create the Hello Pin for the first time but it goes wrong. A message says that I can do this later. I then click the option to do it later, but then I have to log again with my outlook account and the hello pin window shows again circling back in an infinity loop that does not allow me to set up the pin nor skip this step.

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Something went wrong. Pin setup

I have had my laptop for 2 weeks when suddenly i can nolonger access windows. When I turn on my laptop, it shows the only account I have setup. When I click "sign in" it opens a Microsoft account window asking to sign in to my account. I enter my email and click "next". I then enter my password and click "sign in". It then says "create a pin". This has all been normal start up since I got the laptop. I have yet to setup a pin so I have always clicked "skip for now" but suddenly now when I click the only option"next" it says "something went wrong. We weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a pin later. I have the option to click "skip for now" or "retry". "Retry" just continuously brings up the same message. Or "skip" sends me back to the login screen to sign into Microsoft account again. I don't think its a sign in problem because if I go into my Microsoft account on a different device it shows successful logins for every time I try on the laptop. Please help!

 

We weren’t able to set up yout PIN. You can try this again, or skip this step adn set up a new PIN later.

• Find the "NGC" folder, back it up and delete it.

• Find the Credential Manager and Windows Biometric services and check whether they are started. If they are not started, right-click the service and start it.
