Windows 10: pin to start menu customizations

Discus and support pin to start menu customizations in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Where are start menu tiles (pinned shortcuts) stored? I can't find them.     Pin to Start Not Working in Windows 10 installed on 29 July

    I updated my Windows 8.1 today (29 July) . Pin To Start functionality from context menu (Right Click Menu) is not working. Items can be dragged from Start Menu to Pin on Start.

    This is a basic functionality to customize Start Screen.

    Solution required urgently.

    Widows 10 live tiles customize.

    Is there any chance to customize image of the live tile of web sites pinned to start menu? All pinned tiles looks the same with edge logo on it.

    OK I've found them to be stored under %localappdata%\tiledatalayer

    No idea how to manage this thus far. There's the "access denied" problem when trying to delete.
