Windows 10: PIN unavailable at sign in poor guidance

Louie_101 provided guidance that if you get a PIN unavailable message at sign-in which prevents you from even getting into your computer that you should go through multiple steps that require you to have access to your computer? The screen says click to set up your PIN again but I end up in the same place.Please remove these errant instructions and provide some proper guidance.

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Pin sign in options unavailable

Ever since I accidentally typed my password wrong multiple times, majority of my sign in options (pin and fingerprint) have become unavailable.

Every time I open my laptop and I press "change pin" and sign into my Microsoft account , it just says its unavailable and to try again later, and when I try to fix it onto my laptop it opens a new tab and then just instantly closes.

How do I fix this?
