Windows 10: 'ping' and 'ipconfig' are not recognized commands, even though the PATH is correct

Discus and support 'ping' and 'ipconfig' are not recognized commands, even though the PATH is correct in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Every article I have found suggests that the problem is that %systemroot%\system32 is missing from the PATH, but that is not the problem in my case....     Every article I have found suggests that the problem is that %systemroot%\system32 is missing from the PATH, but that is not the problem in my case.

    Commands ping and ipconfig are not recognized

    1. Go to Properties in My computer → Advanced system settings → Advanced → Environment Variables.
    2. Select 'PATH' from the list of system variables and edit and set PATH to c:\windows\system32;.

    This will solve your problem.
