    Ping Latency in Windows 11 Every 10 Seconds - MS WiFi autoconfig or WiFi Provider Driver Issue?


    I built a new Ryzen 7950X system with WiFi 6 and Windows 11 on a Gigabyte Aorus MB with a Mediatek RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E adapter, and noticed using Citrix Workspace there is ping latency occurring every 10 seconds. I checked via my router to my ISP over fibre, and there was no latency. I didn't notice it on my older laptop on windows 10 as well before switching to the new desktop pc. The final solution that seems to have resolved the latency was here:https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/ping-spikes-at-fixed-interval.2885150/I disabled WiFi Auto-Config and the latency is gone.
