Windows 10: Ping Spikes while gaming

I've been spiking on games a lot. My ping is normally at 20-25 and it sometimes spikes up to 200+.This has been a problem for a while. I've tried factory resetting my laptop multiples times and it ends up coming back after a couple weeks. Is there a fix to this issue? W

You could always shrink C in Disk Mgmt and Clean Install WIndows 10 in a Dual Boot to try it on that laptop: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

This way you can decide if you want to keep it on the PC, go back and forth, use both, or use one and keep the other in reserve. If you decide you want to keep it I'll show you how to still get a free WIndows 10 license, just skip the key during intsall.
