  1. Pinned Phone Link apps don't open from the Start menu

I pinned some of my phone apps to the Start menu, but nothing happens when I click on them in the Start menu. They DO open when I click on them from within the Phone Link app. I'd like to be able to just open them from Start if possible. Note - I do have Phone Link set to run in the background.

    :)

Pinned app on Start menu won't open

    Hi Tom,

The issue may have something to do with the pinned app that you're trying to open from the Start menu. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

    • Have you tried rebooting your computer and see if the issue persists?
    • Does the issue also occur to all the pinned apps on the Start menu?
    • Have you tried unpinning and pinning it back?

    Regards.
