Windows 10: Pinterest app showing a blank screen once I login

Lately, the Pinterest app has stopped working properly, and it seems like nothing I do will fix this issue. I mentioned the app because I have no issue with the website. When I open the app, it will show my home feed for a split second, then go completely blank. I tried reinstalling the app. The app would work fine up until the moment that I login to my account. I was once again welcomed to that annoying blank screen. I tried repairing and resetting the app through Apps and Features in Windows Settings. Still no luck. I checked to see if my Windows was up to date. I restarted my laptop, reco

MS App - Pinterest stopped showing content

I've noticed a downward trend for working apps from the MS Store for PCs and don't know if this is the issue.

Recent upgrade on Windows 10 (2IH2) on my PC and now I can't get Pinterest to show the content using the app downloaded from the store to the PC. It comes up for a couple of seconds, then disappears. The same thing was happening to Facebook (downloaded from the MS Store for PC) but it recently was fixed, seems like around the time Pinterest broke.

I'm not interested in taking a bunch of steps to try and see if that will fix it, especially since there seems to be a pattern of apps not working, and even disappearing. It's not as if I can't get Pinterest in a browser - it's just that using an app is easier and quicker. Mostly wanted to inform of the issue in case someone at MS is interested in fixing it.

Going to
https://www.pinterest.com/ takes me to a site that has no access to my account, and no help button. There are example of "pins" but they cannot be saved, liked or shared. The buttons for the functions are there, but do
not respond. there are no other navigation tools... this started after the last major update of my computer two days ago... I cannot sign in to my account.. www.pinterest.com/login is a blank page and in the navigation bar the login portion is grayed out...

I can no longer find the Pinterest app on my laptop since the update, and there are no apps for pinterest available in the Microsoft store.

I tried to download the pinterest button from Microsoft and it will not install...

any suggestions?

We understand your concern as you are unable login to Pinterest website from Google chrome or Internet Explorer. We appreciate you effort in troubleshooting the
issue and providing us a detail information along with the screenshot.



We tried to reproduce the issue but we were able to login to Pinterest on both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.



In order to get better clarity, please let us know:

• 
  What happens when you use a different Windows PC to login to Pinterest?
  
• 
  What happens when you try login to Pinterest on surface using Microsoft Edge browser?
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC, prior to this issue?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to
reset Internet Explorer settings to what they were when Internet Explorer was first installed on your PC. This is useful for troubleshooting problems that may be caused by settings that were changed after installation. Be aware that
this process isn't reversible, and all previous Internet Explorer settings are lost after reset.
