  1. Placeholdertitlelogofolder in AppData/Local, anything to be concerned about?

What is Placeholdertitlelogofolder in AppData/Local? Edited a picture in Windows using the built in editor, saw this folder in AppData that just contained images of the photos app. https://imgur.com/a/mAgZyYB some search results say this is a PUP or a virus but it literally only appeared after I edited a photo. Found out it was created when I made my windows install, but I only noticed it modified today. There was a previous version on the 15th of April that was just a blank folder. Does anyone else have this folder?

  4. Placeholdertitlelogofolder in AppData/Local, anything to be concerned about?

    Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are
    • Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
    • No Internet connection during the install
    • static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
