Windows 10: Plantonics 628 usb Headphones not adding

I have a pair of Plantonics 628 usb headphones which started to have the volume change everything I played a new video so I tried removing it from my laptop. But now, even though it is clearly connected to my laptop, I cannot add it back on as a device. I get the option to remove it but then my laptop still won't let me use these headphones, they are not even an option. I tried restarting my laptop, the plantoniccs hub isn't compatible with my headphones and I am at a loss. If anyone knows what to do that would really help cus I need these for uni. I use windows software which is why its under

This issue might resolve making the headphones as default device in Playback devices.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Speaker icon (Volume icon). Select
  Playback devices.
• Select Headphones and click Set default.
• Click apply and check if the issue resolves.

i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.

Hello, I have bought USB Headphone recently but unable to use it as no popup comes and also there is no devices shown for my USB headphone. It works fine with my 3.5 mm audio but I am frustrated as I am unable to setup my USB headphone. Please, suggest
me a way to make it work.
