Windows 10: Plantronics headset and Bluetooth

I recently started using a Plantronics bluetooth headset with my Lenovo laptop for telehealth. The headset pairs fine and will work for a while then my bluetooth will stop working. It not only stops working but the bluetooth radio button disappears. After attempting everything to get it to return including reinstalling windows, drivers, etc. I contacted my manufacturer who helped me get the radio button and blue tooth to work again. The fix was to shut down my laptop, disconnect all peripherals, hold down the power button for 30 seconds and then start the laptop again. I was so happy.....until it happened again, and again, and again. Any suggestions how I can repair this problem? Thanks in advance.

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.
