Windows 10: Plantronics Voyager stops working in every 5 seconds - Win11

Hi everyone!I have a very strange issue which started in the last week. I have a Plantronics Voyager 4220 with BT600 bluetooth connection.It works properly on Win10 in the past 5 years without issues but it doesn't work on Win11.If I open the sound settings tab it starts to work for 4-5 seconds then the sound goes off but the connection remain stable.It looks like some short of driver issue.What id tried so far:- reinstall driver, softwares, reset them- disable other audio devices in the PC nvidia and high definition audio- run bluetooth troubleshoot- disable USB suspend and every other re

My Nokia 625 disconnect my Plantronics Legend at the same time every call. No issue when paired with PC using Lync - very frustrating

 

Plantronic Voyager Legend problem or Nokia Lumia 1520?

My Plantronics Voyager Legend works really well on my HTC Radar 4G Windows 7.5 without any problems. I just bought Nokia Lumia 1520 and I am finding out that Plantronics Voyager Legend and 1520 don't work well together. Most of the time when calls comes
in I can hear the person on my Voyager Legend for few seconds then automatically switch to the 1520 for few seconds then switch back to Voyager Legend. I wonder Windows 8 is the problem because I never had any issues with Windows 7.5. Another issues with
1520 is when I shut down my 1520 and reboot, Bluetooth is disabled in setting, I had to turn the Bluetooth back on every time after rebooting. On my HTC Radar 4G after rebooting the phone Bluetooth is always on, why 1520 is shutting the Bluetooth? I am not
sure what is going on, I need help! I think HTC is much better product than Nokia.

 

Plantronics Voyager BT300 Sound With Windows 10

Hi there RoseFloyd, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

We need to uninstall the devices listed in the Device Manger under Sound or Audio.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound Video and game Controllers . Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Please make sure to uninstall all including the Plantronics Voyager BT300 under Sound in the Device Manager then reboot.

After the reboot test the audio through your headset.

And also please make sure you download the latest Plantronics Hub Software for Windows.
