Playback Issues: Audio Going Silent While Streaming Movies Or Listening To MusicAt first, I thought this was an issue with Spotify, but I was wrong. The problem I am experiencing is not limited to Spotify. I thought Spotify was the problem because I experienced it while listening to Spotify music, but then the same problem happened when I was watching Netflix and Crunchyroll.It seems that there's a problem affecting external audio drivers. The problem only happens when I am using a headphone/headset connected via USB cable. What I noticed is that unplugging and then plugging the headphone back

I like to listen to streaming audio from an internet radio station on my Tilt, but I am running into a frustrating issue...



I go to the site (www.kexp.org) for example, get connected and the music starts streaming. I turn off the backlight on the screen and the music continues to play no problem, but after about 60 seconds the
music stops. If I hit the power button to wake the device up the music resumes right away, so I think it continues to stream to the device even though the sound turns off.



If I listen to .wma's on the device using WMP the music plays fine when the screen is disabled, the other day I listened for more than an hour with no issues.



Anyone have an idea how I can work around this issue? It seems to me like WMP does not recognize that I am streaming audio and allows the phone to go into sleep mode. If WMP is smart enough to recognize that I am playing .wma files from my SD card and
keep the device from going to sleep it should be smart enough to do the same when streaming audio over the internet. I beleive this station uses the .wmz format to stream its audio.



Any help would be appriciated, the folks at the XDA Developers site have not been able to figure this one out either.

 

No Gapless Playback in Groove Music

Hi,

The troubleshooting steps did not help. I'm on version 10.19031.1141.0.

Is there a list of file formats that are supported for gapless playback? Is gapless playback only for streaming, or is it for local music also?

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)
