    The message you're receiving when trying to play your Microsoft games might be due to a variety of reasons. It might be due to a faulty network adapter or corrupted network files. It might also be due to the applications you're trying to play with.

    That being said, please provide the answers to the following for us to be able to learn more about your concern:

    • Is your Windows 10 updated?
    • Are your drivers up-to-date? If not, you can follow the steps found on this
      link       on how to update your drivers in Windows 10.
    • Are you only receiving the message when playing games? How about using other applications?
    • Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? If yes, what were those?

    In the meantime, let's make sure that the issue is not with your network connection. You can visit this
    link for a list of things you can check to
    repair network connection issues in Windows 10.
