Windows 10: Playing and Pause Video Between Laptop and PC Synced

Discus and support Playing and Pause Video Between Laptop and PC Synced in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a laptop and a PC. When I am playing any internet media YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, and so on... on both devices, one will pause, one will play....     Playing and Pause Video Between Laptop and PC Synced


    I have a laptop and a PC. When I am playing any internet media YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, and so on... on both devices, one will pause, one will play. If the paused device hits play, the other gets paused. And visa versa. To clarify: I cannot play Netflix on the laptop while the PC is playing YouTube or Netflix. Because one always gets paused. The only thing they share is the Microsoft account and network. I've tried different browsers, different users, they're both on different windows keys. The PC was even recently reinstalled on a new Windows. Problem persists.Note: This is not an issue

    VIDEO PAUSE PLAY AUTOMATICALLY

    Video pause and play automatically only when I use an internal (Youtube, google) or 3rd party software (windows media player, VLC, films &TVs ).

    It happens only when I am playing a video or audio.

    it also happens when the window is minimized.

    No virus (after scan)

    issues in Windows 10

    the window also very lag when it happening and sometimes cursor paused.

    Driver issues? Which driver is it? Any suggestions or experiences? Please share your thoughts.

    videos pause and play automatically. Why?

    In my windows 10 laptop, while playing videos, it automatically pause and play frequently. What is the solution? is windows 10 is failure OS?
