Windows 10: Playing music in iTunes completely freezes my laptop

A very frequent problem I keep having is, once I've downloaded music from my iTunes account, and then start playing it, it causes my entire laptop to freeze/lock-up. This is one of those full locks, that can't even be fixed wit ha ctrl + alt + delete, and I have to force shut down the computer. However, it seems that once the computer is back up and running, and I try playing the music again, the freezes then stop. Still, is anyone else having this sort of problem? I have a Dell G7 15 gaming laptop, with Windows 10 operating system. This is even a brand new laptop, and I was having this same issue on the previous G7 15 laptop I had before the previous one was an SSD, so I got an HDD version, thinking maybe that would fix a number of problems. So, is the issue these Dell G7s? Is it something related to Windows 10?


If anyone can help me, that would be very much appreciated.

Complete My Album offers customers up to 180 days after first purchasing individual songs from any qualifying album to purchase the rest of that album at a reduced price. When users buy any song on iTunes the corresponding album will immediately appear on their personalized Complete My Album page with the reduced price listed. For example, a user who’s already purchased three 99 cent singles and decides to buy the corresponding $9.99 album would be able to download the remaining songs to complete the album for just $7.02, without having to buy the singles again.

iTunes for Windo will not play music through my bluetooth speakers

Hi!

I've been using iTunes for a long time now, and I bought a bluetooth speaker. My problem is that iTunes plays music through my laptop's speakers, not the bluetooth speakers. (BTW I have windows 10). If I play music from the internet or any other music app it
works totally fine, but doesn't work with iTunes.

what can I do?

iTunes for Windows 10 will not play music through my Bose Color bluetooth speaker. Not only isn't the music heard but it stays on pause and does not play.

iTunes works fine through my laptop's speakers.
