Windows 10: Playing simple games on PC

I asked how to get rid of the dancing cards adter winning a game, and djgot the advice to just click on them and they would go away. Tht worked, but now when i click on a game: Solitaire, Spider or Free Cell, I get an elaborate ad, and not the game! This used to be VERY easy, BUT someone has decided that it should not bd...WHY???

• Have you tried using other browsers like Edge?
• What error message are you getting?
• Can you provide more details on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
• Are you experiencing that same thing using other PCs?

playing simple games

I loaded Windows 10 last week. Now, I just want to play a simple game or do a simple jigsaw. I don't want to keep score, statistics, play with others etc. I downloaded a free jigsaw set but when I try to do one, it goes to XBOX and wants my Microsoft account.
Is this always necessary? Can't I do anything locally?

  Click on Security tab and click on

  Click on Owner: Change, type the
  user name on the box, click on check names and click
