Hi, I have just put some new ram into my computer, which is fully compatible. I was playing games and suddenly my screen froze and had some strange pixelated, coloured blocks. I took a photo and tried turning my PC off and back on, and when I tried to turn it on it can’t connect to my monitor. I believe that it could be something to do with my graphics card as I bumped it whilst putting in ram and I’m not sure what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

  2. Can't play games or videos

My pc have Pentium dual core processor E5200@250Ghz ,phoenxi motherboard 6.00 and intel 945 express chipset family graphic card with 2gb ram .i could not play little high ended games or videos of 1080p. I can play perfectly videos of 720p but 1080p keep
    sticking.

Should i buy new graphics card or new 4/8gb ram which would help more. I am confused

    Please help

    graphics card problems

    Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

    • Turn your computer off.
    • Pull out your video/graphics card.
    • Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
    • Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.
Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

Let us know how it goes.

How to increase dedicated video ram?

I want to play Grand Theft Auto IV and don't have enough dedicated video ram. Can somebody explain to me, step by step, how to do this, if possible? And what would happen if i ran the game without the necessary video ram? By the way, i have a Intel(R)
HD Graphics 520 Video Card. Thanks in advance!
