Windows 10: Playtime limiter as an adult

Is there a way to add a limit to how much I spend on certain apps/games. Im 19 and the only one in my family that really uses computers and I want to limit the amount that I can play on my games. I often find that I spend 3 hours on games when I really shouldnt. I have looked and the only way I can find is to set parental controls but really not sure.
