Windows 10: Pleae help Stop Win 11 Taskbar Popups before I go insane

Every time my cursor goes anywhere near the taskbar in Win 11, a full bar of popup windows appears and blocks the bottom quarter of my screen. They take forever to go away. I can't figure out how to make them stop. It's killing my productivity and my sanity. I am using Start 11 to un-stack my icons- best $6 I ever spent- but it doesn't also seem to fix this incredibly annoying feature. Did I mention how incredibly annoying it is, Microsoft? And how it is totally useless, as the popup windows are too small to see anyway and just block the screen when I'm trying to work? Or how it totally kills

Whoever thought it up should be given a stern talking to about product design, and you should fix it NOW, softies. But since that's not going to happen any time soon, can someone please help me stop the pop up madness before I throw this computer in the trash and switch to a Mac? Seriously, it's that freaking annoying. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I understand you do not see taskbar thumbnails when hovering over an active icon on the taskbar.

You could use this recommended reputable free tool to try re-enabling that - by unchecking the box of course.
