Windows 10: Pleas me Please, please, please!!!

Help me please!!! An update arrived on my computer, I turned it off to update it, it updated to 30% and stayed at 30% for 2 hours. I decided to turn it off and turn on the computer and after that it shows a blue screen where it says restart or additional settings. Please tell me what needs to be done to turn it on and not lose data. The most important thing for me is not to lose my data. Please, please, please!!!

Thanks for replying.

Pleas follow the steps to run Microphone troubleshooter.

• Type troubleshooting in search.
• Open it and click on view all on left side.
• Find Recording Audio and run it and check if it helps.

One more thing I would suggest you to check in program and features if you have any sound or recording application installed by Lenovo.

If yes I suggest either disable it or remove it and check if it helps.
