Windows 10: Please allow us to change the size of the taskbar in Windows 11

Why is it impossible to change the size of the taskbar? I'm very frustrated that this ability has been removed. The plethora of articles online about editing the registry to achieve this effect indicates that many others feel the same way. For myself, as for many others, this solution isn't satisfactory because it cuts off the notification area icons, rather than simply re-sizing them as well. Moreover, why is it so difficult to find a place to leave feedback on Windows 11? There's no Uservoice for it; in fact, I've learned Microsoft is abandoning Uservoice and there doesn't seem to be a rep

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.

uxtheme.dll? I know you can use that to change themes, so it should allow you to change the taskbar theme, if thats what you want.
