Windows 10: please answer quick - termsrv.dll problem

Hello i tried to edit hex of termsrv.dll because my rdp didnt work but i am on 24h2 version on which i should do that i heard but it was too late. now my computer can start up and i am in start up boot with network and can acces folders but i cant change those files . i gave my self some permissions and i did the 50% of everything what i need to do because i took out the termsrv.dll from the system32 and no i want to paste in there my copy of original termsrv.dll but when i try to paste it in theni see this error "0x80070780" "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
