Windows 10: Please any help to fix this

Context menu when I right click have no background for further View, Sortby and New optins, please see the image, It has been like that since the beginning as I recently bought my laptop.I have tried resetting PC, already have latest graphics updates, tried reinstalling graphics drivers, windows 11 is up to date, changed transparency settings, nothing worksMy specsCPU: i7 13thgenGPU: Intel Intergrated Graphics and NVIDIA 4050.

• Are you getting any error message?
