I just updated my windows 11 pc yesterday. Sign in option is non responsive

We understand how frustrating it could be, when you are not able to login to the PC after changing the password. In order to get clarity
and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• 
  What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• 
  Did you reset the password of the Microsoft account or the local account on the PC?
  
• Did you try entering the password using the onscreen keyboard?

If you have reset the Microsoft password and used the same Microsoft account to login to the PC. Then in this scenario, we would suggest you to plug in the Ethernet cable to the
PC for a wired internet connection and then sign in for the first time. Once signed in, then you can switch the network to Wi-Fi and check.

Signing in problem.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Please provide some additional information, so that we can assist you better.

1. Do you see any error message when you’re trying to reset password?
   
2. Are you able to sign in using same E-mail address on the browser?
   
3. Are you referring to Windows Mail Application on your PC?
   
4. What is the version and edition of Windows installed on your PC?
   

However, you may follow the below mentioned steps to sign in Email on the browser.

1. Click on Start button.
   
2. Open ‘Internet Explorer’.
   
3. Sign in with your E-mail address on the browser.
   
4. Type the same password to check if you’re able to sign in.
   
5. If you’re not able to sign in, then click on ‘Reset password’.
   
6. Once password reset completed try to sign in with Windows mail using new password.
