    Please can you stop promoting the start app until its actually a working app?


    Can you take that million you are baiting people with and IMPROVE the app?Why are there terrible bugs everywhere. why does it feel like a malware virus to me?Are you trying to get a class action? Why does it seem like Microsoft digging for antitrust, and bad ethics?Why are you releasing a mobile app with tons of bugs and problems?Why are you wasting my time with promotions?Am I wasting my time telling you this app is bad?Do you take these questions seriouslyWill you stop the spamming of the mobile start app and give us points for wasting our time?Why has this been a problem for 2 months now?

    How to ACTUALLY stop apps from auto-starting in the background?

    @UltimatePOPCORN, They don't appear to be background processes either. You cropped your screenshot a bit too much to tell for sure, but the only way I can reproduce a screenshot that looks like yours is to actually run the Apps...

    ...when (of course) they will need some memory. When closed, they don't appear in my Task Manager at all - either in the
    Apps (..) or Background processes (...) lists. Do you have them set to run at start-up? Look in Task Manager's Start-up tab, if that turns out to be the case you can disable them there.
