Windows 10: Please do not force 24H2 update on me. It breaks my computer!

Please can you recognize that 24H2 still suffers from an ALT-TAB problem for many users.For myself, I have posted here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_11-performance/latest-24h2-alt-tab-has-also-broken-nwn2/50af85d9-6e6a-4e52-9f5f-2184ba644d88The system just "forced" an update on me, which I just wasted half an hour using "Go Back" because the "forced" update still fails.Please communicate with me regarding this problem, or at the very least STOP forcing this broken version on me,

Forced Updates Breaking PC

Work computers automatically updated to build 1083 which completely breaks Quickbooks, after losing an entire morning trying to fix it, the only way to fix it was to roll back the update. Now less than half an hour later windows has forced the update again
on the next restart.

This is a terrible practice by Microsoft, how can this update be disabled?

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.
