Windows 10: Please fix next/previous image with key arrows while zoomed in

It is annoying to no end that if an image is zoomed in the slightest, the next/previous keys left/right arrow stops working often you zoom into an image then want to go to next image, but nothing happens..then you figure out you have to start scrolling to zoom out and THEN you can go next, extremely annoying, have replaced Photos app for images many times due to this, but i think it's time to fix it, everything else seem fineit should be a small but really quality of life fix, thank you :

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Images in picture viewer always zooming in

Hi. Often when I view an image in the Windows 10 picture viewer, it will zoom in to the max, and I cannot zoom it out.

A possible related symptom is seen in some lists in the start menu, like when when I right-click Microsoft Word to see a list of my recent documents, there is a white rectangle that appears over one option and when I touch the arrow keys, the rectangle immediately scrolls to the bottom of the list. Also, anything that appears in the center of the Settings window will immediately scroll to the bottom, as if a key were stuck, but my keyboard is fine.

When I restart my PC the problem disappears but then comes back again soon.

My OS build is 19042.746

Windows 10 - navigation arrows disappear after zooming and keyboard arrows no longer work

I'm having an issue with going to the next photo within a folder after zooming in the photo. If I do not zoom, I can freely use the navigation arrows or the keyboard arrows to the next or previous photo. As soon as I zoom in on the photo using Photo's
zoom function or my mouse wheel, I can no longer navigate to the next photo using the navigation arrows or the keyboard arrows. The functionality does not return when I zoom completely out and return the photo to its previous full extent. In order to return
the navigation arrows or use the keyboard arrow keys, I have to close the photo completely and reopen the photo. I have tried repairing and resetting the Photo app. And my system is currently up to date.
