Windows 10: PLEASE have someone call me. My device is not even listed on my Microsoft account so there...

Please have someone call me. My device is not even listed on my Microsoft Family Plan so there is no recovery key for it. But my screen is locked on BitLocker requiring a recovery key. Please give me a person to communicate with.

Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.

Thanks but that's not what I am referring to. I am talking about the Microsoft online account where there is a list of devices associated with my account.

 

Laptop not listed in Devices in Microsoft Account

Hi. When I log into my Microsoft account and check under Devices, I only see 3 out of 4 devices that I use with the account. Listed are two nokia windows phones running win 8.1 and 1 hp stream 11 laptop running windows 10.

My main hp-15 laptop running windows 10 is not listed.

I've tried the steps here:

Add a trusted device to your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

to make it a trusted device but it doesn't make my hp-15 laptop listed.
