Windows 10: PLEASE help a New PC Builder, Black Screen failures are making my life hell

I have done a ton of troubleshooting so far. I have been having lots of problems recently with my 5700xt and playing the outer worlds on xbox game pass. It randomly crashes. Sometimes it will black screen back to desktop, sometimes it black screens and restarts my whole system.


I may have deleted some files over a week ago that relate to the outer worlds as i was trying to clean up my SSD...I know, stupid. But this is my first ever computer i built myself so i was overly confident in what I was doing.


I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers for all hardware. So my MOBO, my graphics card, my cpu, XBOX game pass, etc. I have used DDU to uninstall the gpu driver and then reinstalled it. That gave me some stability for about 24 hours. But the game crashed again.


My GPU temperature hovers around 75 cel during gaming, most of the time less. I don't know the exact temp that it is crashing at, but it doesn't seem to be temp related.


I can also share with you guys that the Radeon software recognizes my other games that i have installed through steam, but about a week ago The Outer Worlds doesn't show up for me to tune the game settings for anymore. It won't show up when i scan for it. I am not able to manually add the game to the lists. Very frustrating.


Please, please help! I am feeling hopeless and I have researched soooooo much for the last few days that I can't keep on by myself.
