Windows 10: Please HELP, annoying problem. Network is fully functional, but no internet for 3 minutes...

Several weeks ago I noticed this annoying issue...it didn't do it previously; this just started a few weeks ago.Problem:Every time I awake from sleep mode, the network is fully functional, but I can't connect to the internet for 3 minutes.Details:This is a desktop with a wired network. This is not a wireless network issue.Doing a full power down boot or a restart does not exhibit this problem...internet is available immediately upon reboot.I know the network is functional because I can open and browse folders on my NAS immediately after waking from sleep...indicating my hardware is fine.I can

Internet and Network problems

This issue may occur due to the outdated network adaptor driver. Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter, it will automatically troubleshoot the network problem and check. If it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
• Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
• Click on Network troubleshooter.
• Click on Advanced on the Network troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
• Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network troubleshooter.

If the issue still persist try the below provided information.

Method 2.

I would suggest you to update network adaptor driver. Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
• Locate for Network adaptor and expand it.
• Right click on the adaptor device and click on
  update.

Help needed with simple wired network

Step one- Connect all PC's to router, and then the router to the modem. PC's go to router by the ports labeled "1-4" on the back of the router. WAN port goes to router. Power up all network equipment, and then systems.
Step two- Power on the computer connected to port one. Go into router settings at 192.168.0.1 and configure internet, dyndns, firewall, etc.
Step three- Go to "network set up wizard" in windows. (Network places- network set up wizard). The rest is self explanatory.
Step four- right click on each drive and printer you want to share, and then configure sharing preferences. Should be easy enough.
Step five- right click my computer, and the select "map network drive". Using the network address for each piece of hardware you shared, assign network drive letters.
