Windows 10: Please help anyone to fix my keyboard driver

Hello I am prince GuptaI am a software developerI recently upgraded to windows 11 and my qwerty keyboard is not working fine in windows 11 I have try to uninstall and reinstall driver but it is not working properly I inserted in my laptop which has linux in it the keyboard was working fine Now what is the problem facing?The problem which I am facing that when I tap on @ it pc automatically types " letter and when I type # the pc automatically type £ and when I type / the pc automatically types # so I won't able to code properlyPlease anyone help me

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

Keyboard and Scrollpad fix

Please try to Off Sticky keys and check if it helps.

      Go to Settings.
      
    • 
      Click on Ease of Access.
      
    • 
      Click on Keyboard.
      
    • 
      Turn Off Sticky keys.
      

If issue persists try to un-install and install latest keyboard driver and check if it helps. To uninstall driver follow below steps.

• Press Windows + X, click on Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards, right click on device and click
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.

You may also logon to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest drivers and get it installed.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Please follow the steps below to run hardware and device troubleshooter.

  Press Windows + X key.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Control Panel.
  
• 
  On the Top right click on view by and select
  large icons.
  
• 
  Go to troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the Left panel click View all items.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Devices and follow the on screen instructions.
  

If issue persist, I suggest to follow method 2.



Method 2: Update keyboard drivers.

• 
  Press Windows + R key.
  
• 
  In the pop up window type devmgmt.msc
  
• 
  From the window right click Keyboards.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Update the driver software.
  
• 
  Follow the ongoing instructions.
  

If issue persist, I suggest you to connect an external keyboard and check if the same issue persist.
