    Please Help: Authenticator is Not Calling OR Texting: LOCKED OUT.


    Oh please help this is for work. I am locked out of the system because this stupid authenticator nonsense is demanding that I reset my password but when I go to reset it: It will neither send the call or text and then errors with something to the effect of: "We're sorry this isn't working right now please contact your Administrator"...Well I just spoke with my Admin and there is nothing wrong on that end with my account. The phone number is there which is ridiculous that we have to have our phones to sign in: What is the point of the PW then? And on top of that why are we having to CHANGE the
