    Please help - can't access SMB shares using Windows Business account


    So we have a small accountancy practice and for the last couple of years, all of our 6 staff members have been connecting to the Synology NAS on our network using Windows File Explorer; nobody except me uses DSM. And for all of that time, for budgetary reasons we've been using Microsoft Office products by way of a personal 365 Family plan. This covers us for up to six devices.So, if I'm Staff Member A and I log onto my computer, I see an "admin" account, which can be accessed with the proper Microsoft account credentials, and then I see a local user account with my name on it, which has OneD
