Windows 10: Please help check the genuineness of Windows 10 Professional

We bought a tablet device of Windows 10 profession system. The seller claims that it had a genuine licensed copy of Windows 10. The Windows seems activated but I am not sure whether it was activated by cracking methods etc. How can I check the genuineness of an already installed and activated Windows 10 Professional?


We had generated a report with Licensingdiag.exe according to this post.

May I ask how could we upload the compressed report safely?

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
